2) What's the difference between Targeted and General?

Targeted

This category deals with highly targeted e-mail addresses catered to several set requirements of clients. These lists can be in the thousands to several millions, but the specific niche market it targets is what clients invest in.

Usually, companies or business people require such lists which are filtered to specific target market criteria such as: industry, age, occupation, etc.. However, we do not advise strict qualifications. We all have to understand that too many  set requirements might eliminate potential prospects and the feasibility of such lists.  Filters allow us to segment and highlight the database lists, to e-mail only to those lists members who meet specific criteria  demographics such as sex, age, title, business, zip code, credit card holder, homeowner, online shopping and buying habits to name a few.

General

These belong to a broader category, they are not targeted. Usually, General mailings are used mostly by companies or business people who market products or services which can apply to the general public. Several examples would be: health and beauty products, online dating services, general computer items (printers, laptops, etc...), food items, consumables, household items, etc... This is also categorized as business-to-consumer lists.

3) How do I know my Ad was sent?

In any MASS advertising, there is always a response. This response will vary from and is directly related to the "subject", letter's structure, banner, web site, letter content, and many other factors. (See #4 regarding Response Rates.

Also, we provide ad results tracking. This is a detailed report containing: quantity sent, percentage of people opening your ad, banner impression details, click through stats, ROI in-depth results and more. Our advanced system also has the ability to track readers of your ad. This alone allows refined targeted mailings to your target market whom have SPECIFICALLY shown interest in your product offering. (see #18 regarding ad tracking).

4) What type of response rate should I expect?

The response rate in any ad varies due to many factors of advertising. However, certain factors to consider includes: the "subject", the length, structure and content of the ad, including contact or information points/mechanism.

While the structure of your ad campaign plays a significant factor in this rate, Targeted mailings on the low average, return a 1% to 5% response or more while on the high average return 5% to 10%+.  General mailings tend to vary related to the offer, ad structure and other factors. The response rate for General mailings can vary from 1% to as high as 10%+. However, your campaign may experience less, the same or more than these figures mentioned and is related to many factors in marketing. Call us for details.

5) Should I go with the Targeted or Opt-In General?.

Targeted mailings are suggested for those with very specific product offerings unique to a select group. However, certain products/services may also work with General lists and sometimes better one way over the other. An example of the above would be marketing a health product with an economical price. This may work with Targeted or General. However, a similar high priced health product may do better with a Targeted list. Please contact us to discuss this further.

General mailings are suggested for those with general product or service that can apply to general consumer or business lists. Usually, General mailings are used mostly by companies or business people who market products or services which can apply to the general public. Several  examples would be: health and beauty products, online dating services, general computer items (printers, laptops, etc...), food items, consumables, household items, etc. Please contact us to discuss this further.

6) When will my Ad be sent / scheduled?

Ads are scheduled in a "first come, first served" basis. When an Ad order is received, it is processed and a schedule is confirmed with you. Ads are typically scheduled for broadcast within 2-5 business days or according to your preferred broadcast date (based on availability). Your paid Ad locks in your assigned time slot. If your campaign is time sensitive, the earlier the better we can allocate the most appropriate or desired time slot. Please contact us if you have any further questions.

7) What type of Ad do you accept for service?

Most ads that conform to US statutes are accepted with the exception of anything illegal, as prescribed by US State and/or Federal law. We do reserve the right to refuse service to any we deem inappropriate or unacceptable by us.

8) How do I submit my ad - what if I need to change it?

The ad must be e-mailed to our office pre formatted in either plain text or html (html ads), unless the creative is performed by us. Please do not use any word processor other than notepad or any text editor for text ads. If you want to send HTML or multimedia ads then attach it to message and e-mail it to us or contact your creative representative.

9) What contact information is allowed or suggested?

This is entirely up to the advertiser. You can use any contact information you wish such as telephone, fax, postal mail, e-mail, web site, toll free #, or any combination. However, please note that the contact mechanism you choose may affect your results.

The ad service includes the sending of your sales letter only. However, any data or response you obtain from the campaign is yours (ie: callers, replies, etc.)

14) Do you keep a record of what lists my ad is broadcasted to ?

Yes, we keep accurate records of the lists used for your ad. This way any future mailings will not be duplicated, unless requested for repeat marketing to cycle any given list (as requested by client). If needed, we can rebroadcast to those that have shown SPECIFIC interest in your previous campaigns (after primary campaign).

15) How are your lists updated ?

We use high end Intel based servers across our multi-tier network with top of the line direct e-mail technology. Our software, scripts and cleansing filters are used to update our lists. This allows us to implement a robust yet flexible list cleaning process for an optimal broadcast list.

16) Will my message be bounced or filtered out by ISP's?

Our lists are continuously cleaned and update using fast Intel based servers on high speed multi-tier lines. This is a daily 24x7 process of automatically purging bounces, unsubscribes and other important list hygiene.

Using legitimate email address, domains, network routing, standard mail protocol, and cutting edge technology, your mailings will be delivered. Our goal is to send AND deliver your message.

NOTE: The subject you use may have an effect on this issue. To prevent this, carefully word your subject without excessive symbols (dollar signs, exclamation, etc..) Also, excessive uppercase (capital letters) may cause filtration.

In other words, try to stay away from subjects or words associated with spam, gambling and pornography. We are more than happy to review your subject prior to any mailings. The subject you choose to use is ultimately your own choice and decision.

17) Do you offer a system that automatically respond  to inquiries?

This can be done in many ways such as using autoresponders (info bots) or by collectively capturing your replies and replying in batches. Another way is to use a web site. The possibilities are endless. We do offer optional service such as auto responders. Also, optionally available are virtual e-mail accounts (in the event you want to use separate reply e-mail addresses for your campaign) Contact us for details.
